【対象要素】
- 一覧やギャラリーで見せる写真・カード1枚に適用する

【演出内容】
- 枠線が一筆書きで描かれ、描き終わってから中の写真が現れる
- 枠は写真の外周をなぞる

【品質要件】
- 線の太さは2px前後。描き終わりで途切れや二重を作らない
- 写真は枠が閉じてから出す
- prefers-reduced-motion 時は演出を無効化し、最初から完成した状態で表示する
- 表示しきってから一拍（0.3秒程度）おいて次のループに入る
- カードは半透明（不透明度0.7程度）にして、背後の要素や文字を潰さない

[Target]
- Apply to a single photo or card shown in a listing or gallery

[Motion]
- An outline is drawn in a single stroke, and the image appears once the frame closes

[Quality]
- Use a ~2px stroke with no gap or overlap at the join
- Reveal the image only after the frame is complete
- When prefers-reduced-motion is set, disable the motion and show the finished state from the start
- Let the motion finish completely, then pause for about 0.3s before the next loop
- Keep the cards semi-transparent (around 0.7 opacity) so anything behind stays legible
