Outline Echo

【対象要素】
- 一覧やギャラリーで見せる写真・カード1枚に適用する

【演出内容】
- 写真の輪郭と同じ形の線が外へ広がりながら薄くなって消える
- 写真自体は静止させる

【品質要件】
- 広がりは1.4倍程度まで。線は2本までに留める
- 消えきる前に次の線を出して途切れさせない
- prefers-reduced-motion 時は演出を無効化し、最初から完成した状態で表示する
- 表示しきってから一拍（0.3秒程度）おいて次のループに入る
- カードは半透明（不透明度0.7程度）にして、背後の要素や文字を潰さない

[Target]
- Apply to a single photo or card shown in a listing or gallery

[Motion]
- Outlines matching the image shape expand outward and fade away

[Quality]
- Expand to about 1.4x and use no more than two outlines
- Start the next outline before the previous one disappears
- When prefers-reduced-motion is set, disable the motion and show the finished state from the start
- Let the motion finish completely, then pause for about 0.3s before the next loop
- Keep the cards semi-transparent (around 0.7 opacity) so anything behind stays legible
