Settle From Noise

【対象要素】
- 一覧やギャラリーで見せる写真・カード1枚に適用する

【演出内容】
- 砂嵐のようなノイズが乗った状態から、ノイズが引いて写真が定着する
- ノイズはわずかに揺れる

【品質要件】
- ノイズは最初の0.7秒程度で消しきる
- 定着後はコントラストを通常に戻す
- prefers-reduced-motion 時は演出を無効化し、最初から完成した状態で表示する
- 表示しきってから一拍（0.3秒程度）おいて次のループに入る
- カードは半透明（不透明度0.7程度）にして、背後の要素や文字を潰さない

[Target]
- Apply to a single photo or card shown in a listing or gallery

[Motion]
- Static-like noise covers the image, then clears as the picture settles in

[Quality]
- Clear the noise within about the first 0.7s
- Return contrast to normal once settled
- When prefers-reduced-motion is set, disable the motion and show the finished state from the start
- Let the motion finish completely, then pause for about 0.3s before the next loop
- Keep the cards semi-transparent (around 0.7 opacity) so anything behind stays legible
