Overshoot And Settle

【対象要素】
- 一覧やギャラリーで見せる写真・カード1枚に適用する

【演出内容】
- 写真が小さい状態から一度大きくなりすぎ、少し戻って定まる
- 行き過ぎと戻りは1往復だけにする

【品質要件】
- 行き過ぎは1.2倍程度までに留める
- 2回目以降の揺り戻しは作らない
- prefers-reduced-motion 時は演出を無効化し、最初から完成した状態で表示する
- 表示しきってから一拍（0.3秒程度）おいて次のループに入る
- カードは半透明（不透明度0.7程度）にして、背後の要素や文字を潰さない

[Target]
- Apply to a single photo or card shown in a listing or gallery

[Motion]
- The image scales up, overshoots its final size, then eases back and settles

[Quality]
- Overshoot to about 1.2x at most
- Allow only one overshoot, no repeated wobble
- When prefers-reduced-motion is set, disable the motion and show the finished state from the start
- Let the motion finish completely, then pause for about 0.3s before the next loop
- Keep the cards semi-transparent (around 0.7 opacity) so anything behind stays legible
