Center Then Edges

【対象要素】
- 横に並んだ写真・カード3枚に適用する

【演出内容】
- 中央の1枚が先に現れ、少し遅れて左右の2枚が現れる
- 中央から外へ広がる印象を作る

【品質要件】
- 中央と両端の差は0.15秒程度。左右の2枚は完全に同時にする
- 3枚の動きの内容は揃える
- prefers-reduced-motion 時は演出を無効化し、最初から完成した状態で表示する
- 表示しきってから一拍（0.3秒程度）おいて次のループに入る
- カードは半透明（不透明度0.7程度）にして、背後の要素や文字を潰さない

[Target]
- Apply to a row of three photos or cards

[Motion]
- The centre card appears first, then the two outer cards follow together

[Quality]
- Use about a 0.15s offset; the two outer cards must be exactly simultaneous
- All three use the same motion
- When prefers-reduced-motion is set, disable the motion and show the finished state from the start
- Let the motion finish completely, then pause for about 0.3s before the next loop
- Keep the cards semi-transparent (around 0.7 opacity) so anything behind stays legible
