Tilted Glare Sweep

【対象要素】
- 一覧やギャラリーで見せる写真・カード1枚に適用する

【演出内容】
- 斜めに傾いた写真の表面を、細い光の帯が左から右へ走る
- 傾きは動かさず、光だけが移動する

【品質要件】
- 光の帯は写真の外にはみ出さないよう内側で処理する
- 明るさは白飛びしない範囲に抑える
- prefers-reduced-motion 時は演出を無効化し、最初から完成した状態で表示する
- 表示しきってから一拍（0.3秒程度）おいて次のループに入る
- カードは半透明（不透明度0.7程度）にして、背後の要素や文字を潰さない

[Motion]
- A narrow band of light sweeps across the surface of a tilted image

[Quality]
- Clip the light band inside the image bounds
- Keep the highlight below blow-out level
- When prefers-reduced-motion is set, disable the motion and show the finished state from the start
- Let the motion finish completely, then pause for about 0.3s before the next loop
- Keep the cards semi-transparent (around 0.7 opacity) so anything behind stays legible
