【演出内容】
- 等間隔に並んだドットの列が、順番に上下して波を描き続ける

【品質要件】
- ドットごとの遅延を一定にして、波形が正弦波として滑らかにつながるようにする
- ループの継ぎ目が分からないよう、終了時の状態と開始時の状態を完全に一致させる
- prefers-reduced-motion 時はアニメーションを止め、静止した完成状態で表示する

- Evenly spaced dots bob in sequence, drawing a traveling sine wave

[Quality]
- Keep per-dot delay constant so the wave reads as a smooth sine
- Make the loop seamless: the end state must match the start state exactly
