- ヒーローや空きスペースの装飾グラフィックに適用する

【演出内容】
- 並んだ細い帯が時間差で裏返り続け、全体として1本のリボンがねじれて回っているように見せる

【品質要件】
- 帯ごとの遅延を一定にして、ねじれが端から端へ流れるようにする
- 裏返る瞬間に薄くして、面の向きの変化を感じさせる
- ループの継ぎ目が分からないよう、終了時の状態と開始時の状態を完全に一致させる
- prefers-reduced-motion 時はアニメーションを止め、静止した完成状態で表示する

[Target]
- A decorative graphic in a hero or empty space

[Motion]
- Thin bars flip over with a stagger so the row reads as one twisting ribbon

[Quality]
- Constant per-bar delay so the twist travels end to end
- Dim each bar mid-flip to sell the changing face angle
- Make the loop seamless: the end state must match the start state exactly
- With prefers-reduced-motion, stop the animation and show a static finished state
