Character Flip Up Text

【対象要素】
- サイト内のテキスト1箇所（見出し・キャッチコピー・リード文等）に適用する

【演出内容】
- 文字が1つずつ、下端を軸に倒れた状態から起き上がって正面を向く
- パタパタと札が立つように、左から順に起きていく

【品質要件】
- 回転は下端固定で90度から0度へ、文字ごとの時間差は40ms
- 起き上がりきったら完全に正面を向かせる（傾きを残さない）
- prefers-reduced-motion 時は演出を無効化し、最初から完成した状態で表示する
- 演出中も文字が判読できなくなる時間を作らない。レイアウトを揺らさない

[Target element]
- Apply to one piece of text on your site (a heading, a tagline, a lead paragraph, etc.)

[Motion]
- Characters stand up one at a time, hinged at their bottom edge, from lying flat to facing front
- They flip up in order from the left, like a row of cards standing

[Quality requirements]
- Rotate from 90 to 0 degrees around the bottom edge, staggered about 40ms
- Once standing, face them perfectly front (leave no residual tilt)
- When prefers-reduced-motion is set, disable the animation and show the finished state from the start
- Never let the text become unreadable during the animation, and never shift the surrounding layout
