Method（以下「当アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、当アプリの使用をお控えください。

2. ライセンス

当アプリは、お客様に対して、個人的、非商用目的での使用に限定した、非独占的、譲渡不可能なライセンスを付与します。

3. サブスクリプション

3.1 プレミアムプラン

当アプリは、以下のサブスクリプションプランを提供しています：

• 月額プラン: ¥350/月
• 年額プラン: ¥3,000/年

3.2 無料トライアル

新規ユーザーには、30日間の無料トライアル期間が提供されます。トライアル期間中は、プレミアム機能を無制限に使用できます。

3.3 自動更新

サブスクリプションは、キャンセルされない限り自動的に更新されます。更新をキャンセルするには、現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前までに、App Storeの設定から行ってください。

3.4 料金

料金は、購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。

3.5 返金

サブスクリプションの返金は、Appleの返金ポリシーに従います。

4. 使用制限

お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 当アプリを逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、または解析すること
• 当アプリを違法な目的で使用すること
• 当アプリの機能を妨害または損なう行為
• 当アプリのコンテンツを商用目的で使用すること

5. 免責事項

当アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当アプリの使用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。

当アプリは、エラーや中断がないこと、欠陥が修正されることを保証するものではありません。

6. データのバックアップ

お客様は、重要なデータを定期的にバックアップする責任があります。データの損失について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

7. サービスの変更と終了

開発者は、予告なく当アプリの機能を変更、一時停止、または終了する権利を留保します。

8. 準拠法

本規約は、日本国の法律に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

9. 規約の変更

開発者は、本規約を随時変更する権利を留保します。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載された時点で有効となります。

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App's features without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
