【演出内容】
- 輪郭だけの気泡が画面下から上へ、左右に揺れながら湧き上がり続ける
- 上昇するほど加速し、上端付近で薄くなって消える

【品質要件】
- 気泡は塗らず細い輪郭線だけで描く
- 発生タイミングをばらし、列にならないようにする
- prefers-reduced-motion 時はアニメーションを止め、静止した完成状態で表示する

[Motion]
- Outline-only bubbles rise from the bottom, swaying
- They accelerate upward and fade out near the top

[Quality]
- Draw bubbles as thin strokes, no fill
- Randomize spawn timing so they never form a column
- With prefers-reduced-motion, stop the animation and show a static finished state
