【対象要素】
- 見出しやアクセントとして置く回転テキストに適用する

【演出内容】
- 文字列を円筒の側面に巻き付け、円筒ごと横に回転させ続ける
- 手前の文字は大きくはっきり、奥へ回った文字は見えなくする

【品質要件】
- 文字は等間隔の角度で配置する
- 回転は等速で1周10秒前後にする
- ループの継ぎ目が分からないよう、終了時の状態と開始時の状態を完全に一致させる
- prefers-reduced-motion 時はアニメーションを止め、静止した完成状態で表示する

- A rotating text accent or heading ornament

[Motion]
- Characters wrap around a cylinder that spins horizontally
- Front characters read clearly; characters hide as they pass behind

[Quality]
- Equal angular spacing
- Linear rotation, ~10s per revolution
- Make the loop seamless: the end state must match the start state exactly
- With prefers-reduced-motion, stop the animation and show a static finished state
