【演出内容】
- 大小の光の粒が、それぞれ別の方向へゆらゆらと漂い続ける
- 粒ごとに速度・振幅・タイミングを変え、規則性を感じさせない

【品質要件】
- 粒は小さく薄めにして、前面のコンテンツの可読性を落とさない
- 動きは往復のゆっくりした揺らぎにする（直線的に流さない）
- prefers-reduced-motion 時はアニメーションを止め、静止した完成状態で表示する
