【演出内容】
- 白い粒が画面上から下まで、左右に揺れながら降り続ける
- 粒ごとに大きさ・速度・透明度を変えて奥行きを出す

【品質要件】
- 落下は等速に近いゆっくりした速度にする
- 画面下に達した粒は上から再登場させ、途切れさせない
- prefers-reduced-motion 時はアニメーションを止め、静止した完成状態で表示する

- Vary size, speed, and opacity per flake for depth
